Lawyers of Globus prevented an unlawful resumption of bankruptcy proceedings.
A third person who did not participate in the bankruptcy case of the enterprise, a few years after the court approved the liquidator's report and the liquidation balance sheet, filed an application to the Economic Court to annul the relevant decision on newly discovered circumstances.
At the time of filing this application, all the property of the bankrupt was sold as part of the liquidation procedure, and the funds were distributed among creditors in the manner prescribed by the law.
The result of our team’s work was the refusal of the applicant to reconsider the decision due to newly discovered circumstances and, accordingly, the resumption of bankruptcy proceedings.
