Globus, in the framework of the case for the recovery of alimony, initiated the imposition of a fine and a ban on traveling abroad of the debtor for alimony.
After the court made a decision on the recovery of alimony, the debtor formed a debt on alimony.
According to the lawyer of Globus, enforcement proceedings were opened, under which the debtor was forbidden to travel abroad until the debt was paid off. Information about the ban was sent to the State Border Service.
Also, the state executor imposed a fine on the debtor in the amount of 20% of the debt in favor of the collector.
